Because all items are personalized to order, we are unable to accept returns.

Defective: In the event that you receive a damaged item, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order and we'll be happy to exchange it.

How can I stay up to date with SOB new arrivals?

Skin Out Brand LLC (SOB) produces monthly collections and weekly drops. Check our website often for new designs released weekly.

When Do Orders Ship?

All designs are customized and  personalized for you. Since it is made to order custom products take around 10 days. 

We usually try to dispatch before that time. 

Once shipped it should reach you within 3 to 7 days. 

We will update you when shipped with the tracking number, please track the shipments when we inform you.


What size should I order?

Because ALL designs are made-to order, limited and exclusive we highly recommend that you have our team size you FREE of charge. To do so send a full body pic (front & back) to info@skinoutbrand.com


From experience we have found out that if you measure yourself according to our instructions you cannot go wrong, you are used to wearing the ready made fit .

Orders are finals. Please check out our size guide to ensure great fit. 


Why should I pre-order a product?

Guaranteed product and reduced downtime.  By pre-ordering your guarantee that the fashion team has time to customize your design in the noted time.  It is especially important if you require a unique ordering configuration or a limited edition item.  If your preference is for a particular high-in-demand design service, lead times can be up to 6 weeks from date of order.  By pre-ordering, you can reduce unplanned downtime and the loss of revenue that comes with it.

It’s guaranteed. Each design service has a release date, which represents the scheduled date on which the product is either available Skin Out Brand is proud to offer its products that can be ordered online or in-store before they are released such as the 2021 spring and summer collection.

Can I return?

All orders returned only accepted on defective merchandise and/or unworn. 


When will I receive my pre-order design?

Once you fulfill fitting requirements  you will be notified with an email that it has been started.  It should be delivered on or around the release date.  


Where can I view my pre-order items so I can cancel them?

Pre-Order Guarantee.  Our Pre-Order Guarantee ensures that if the price of an item you pre-order drops before it ships, you will automatically be charged the lower price. It also ensures that if you pre-ordered your item at $39.99 and the price rises to $49.99, you still only pay $39.99.


What do I do if I still haven’t received my pre-order?

If you haven’t received your shipping notification and the release date has passes: Please call our customer service  department at 347-903-3667 to make a lost shipment claim and we’ll help you track it down.  Please Note: If the release date falls on or close to a holiday , there could be a brief delay in shipping.


Can I have more than one item on pre-order a design at a time?

You can order as many different products as you wish on one transaction and each one will be delivered once it’s released.
